	A multi-component, hands-on-ministry that forms a meaningful relationship with clients and families in order to support them when the need arises. To further HIV/AIDS awareness and education, information is disseminated to individuals and organizations to help prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. Support groups are available to PWAs (Persons With AIDS) and their caregivers.

	Alzheimer Ministry

	A ministry giving and providing support and assistance to the families, and caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease.

	Kids Pals Ministry

	This Ministry uses the care team concept to reach oout to families of special needs children who have chronic, long-term, severe disabilities such as cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis and autism. It works in partnership with Interfaith CarrePartners and provides respite care (sitting with the disabled child and their well siblings) to allow the parents to have personal time. The care team also provides support to sibling in the form of outings and activities.
